Am I the only one who doesn't understand all the abbreviations used on here? Latest one is DOMS - meaning please? Is there something like an abbreviations index anywhere? Thanks.

There certainly is 🙂. Under ‘Pinned Posts’ on the right side of your screen (on iPhone at top of page) you will see “New FAQs “. Tap on this and then on A and you will find the section ‘Abbreviations’.

healthunlocked.com/pmrgcauk....

which you would have found in the FAQs . And also had you looked at the Related Posts once you had posted your own question it is there in the middle. It always pays to look there once you have posted.

Many of the abbreviations used on here are recognised acronyms used in the medical field - so putting them in your search engine (google or bing or whatever) with the word "medical" will very often bring it up without waiting for us.
