What about them? .. are you asking for referrals or experiences... ointments/gels are okay, but anything you ingest - and their reaction with other medication

I find some CBD ointments help - but you need to check that the THC component has been removed.
This non drug product is good - quite expensive but very ften on offer, online and high street chemist/pharmacies..
