Hi.hope everyone coping with cold weather.would like to ask about pains in shoulders,legs,arms,very sore tongue,and pains in my head not all time.eyes are watery.i am on 1mgs.dont know if I go up abit.also on leflunomide 10mgs.some advice would be very helpful.thank you.

I find the cold seriously debilitating and the extra clothes to keep wear is doing my head in. I ache all over.
I think you need to work out what is causing pain etc, if it’s PMR an increase in Pred may help -but perhaps you should try painkillers first. Guess you’ve tested for covid?
Watery eyes is very probably "dry eyes" and worth trying artificial tears to see if they help.
What do you mean by "sore tongue"? The surface or the whole tongue feeling uncomfortable?
The other pains COULD be a flare because the dose is very slightly too low - or they could be due to your adrenal function lagging behind. Hence the suggestion of trying painkillers - will probably work for adrenal aches, not for PMR.
for your eyes just get some basic dry eye drops you’ll be surprised how effective they are. Good luck x
