Weeks in pain and return of lack of Spoons

For weeks now, with all the jiggery pokery with my Pred and Hydrocortisone , I've been in constant pain unless I take the French equivalent of Co-Codamol x 3 per day.

I have finally kicked the Hydro, after the last week on alternating days and I think now 2 days free.

Pred is at 8mg which is where it was when I started.

Today, it's 17h, I've not needed analgesia, I am just beginning to consider some as my shoulders are beginning to ache. If i don't take any my shoulders and neck will start screaming. However i could go and slump in front of TV for 30 mins and my shoulders will improve.

My hands thumb, forefingers and middle fingers hurt, I am wearing Compression gloves and they help.

Could Hydro have been causing more pain?

The tree is near the river in our village. The only red one among green. So pretty.

Wow, quite a list and I have some of those on the list. Will wait and see if they retreat.
