I am seeing posts for a variety of conditions and I only want to see PMR site. How do I change that please?

Somehow you have subscribed to other sites - unfollow the ones you don't want. Unfortunately I can't remember how to do it but DorsetLady or MrsNails will know!!!

Just remembered! Go to My Hub on the top line of the page and see which forums are listed, go to the home page of each in turn, at the top right you will see a blue box with Write (to make a post) and next to it a white box with a tick in it, hover over that and it will show Leave as an option to click on. And actually - it is at the top of every page.

Just go to the forums you don’t want -and if there’s a tick next to write box like the photo shows - you are following it, If you don’t want to, just tap it and you will get a message on screen asking if you want to leave - just select leave community
