I developed cataracts as a result of long term steroid use (2yrs) I am now wondering if I could still get GCA not sure. Does anyone know ???

There is no connection between GCA and cataracts. If you have PMR and take steroids it is possible for the PMR to progress to GCA at some point but it isn't common. There are a few people on the forum who had tapered to a relatively low dose of pred and then had symptoms of LVvV (large vessel vasculitis) or GCA
I believe it is more likely to get PMR when you have GCA initially, rather than the other way round. It can happen in both situations though, like it can happen if you don’t have either.
