I didn’t realise that the heat affects pmr and I wondered why the pmr was playing up the last few days. Does anyone know if anything else can make pmr flare up?

Humidity, wind, stress, too much exercise.

Stress of any sort - and the heat is a stress on the body, humidity plus heat is even worse - but humidity even at lower temperatures affects rheumatic disorders. It does it - but it isn't entirely clear why or how.

All sorts of stressor can cause PMR symptoms to flare - illness, exercise as a physical stressor, emotional or mental stress. Many many things.

You really need to live like a precious princess and care for yourself in every way and still an external stress can find you, precious princesses build resilience though. 💖
