What is DF, please?

I've been trawling through FAQs trying to find out more about Adrenal Insufficiency, because I sometimes feel very lousy at 3.5 mgs. There was a long post and several replies mentioning DF, but it doesn't appear in the Abbreviations explanation. Can somebody enlighten me, please? Thanks.

Deathly Fatigue… how some people describe how they feel when adrenals are struggling.

Deathly Fatigue - comes with autoimmune disorders but also at low doses of pred when adrenal function is struggling.

It probably mentions it at some point in the thread - but we can't cover every possible abbraviation other people use. It was a running joke at one point on the forum a few years ago and it got adopted I suppose.
