I feel awful I have a virus 3 days in lost 2 days to sickness diarrhoea temperature etc you get it! Iv gone into sick day rules from yesterday and think I’ll do today and tomorrow then back if I’m ok. Any advice please thanks.

Are you sure it is "just a virus"? As opposed to "the virus"? Have you had medical advice?

It’s not covid all family have had It and same symptoms I was last to get !It’s definitely a virus.

And about time too! Mind you - a few days before she developed Covid, my GP here told me a cough was no longer a big thing. What was the worst symptom for her? Yup - a cough, lasted for weeks

'There you go,'........PMRpro's GP told her that a cough as a symptom of Covid was no longer a big thing but when she herself had Covid the worst symptom was a cough. 'There you go!' She disproved her own theory.

I am on sick day rules too ( endocrinologist orders). My lower abdomen reacted with pain ( might be just me) and a sleepless night. Be careful of your digestive system and get plenty of rest.

Bland diet - and plenty of fluids is the usual approach.
