I can't tell you how my PMR is at the moment because I fell downstairs 2 days ago. A lump the size of a melon came straight up and my hubby took a picture to show me and called me J-Lo (Jennifer Lopez - known for having a luscious derriere). I laughed through the pain. I was stopped going further by the spindles of which I've smashed two of them. I have now also found that I've hurt a knee a toe and both elbows.
Cheaper than having a bum uplift but it's only on one side and BLOODY hurts! I can't sit on it. I don't think I've upset my PMR too much but I'm watching. I just thought I'd share!

Sounds like ‘rubber ring’ time! I fell the other day & hubby came out…slowly…& said ‘I hope you haven’t damaged the patio, I don’t want to have to replace a slab’!! To parody an old song,..’Smile while your bum is aching’ , get well soon, S x
Do hope the pain goes soon not being able to sit comfortably must be miserable. Love all the well meant jokes in response too but I do think you should have posted the picture hubby took for you. 😉😀. Best Wishes & get well soon.
There was a chap on one of the amb programmes recently - the bruise started at his waist and went down to the top of the leg and all the way round to the side - nothing on the other buttock. And he wondered why it hurt to move!
