My results came back as "Normal" as follows:

Cortisol.... 380.9 After 30 minutes 603.1 After 60 minutes 654. 5 The Dr hasn't called me yet. Does Normal mean my adrenals are working ok and I should be able to drop down? I'm on 3.5mg jogging along with no pain.

From my experience a normal cortisol at any point while taking Pred says they are working ok at that moment. Take away a bit more Pred and they might not make that up instantly but take some time, whatever that is, to reliably make up the shortfall. Also, if you have some shocker like a near miss in your car and falling down some steps, you don’t know if you can make a bucket load of cortisol in double quick time, which is why you should carry a card for a year after stopping. So, it’s very good news with a bit of small print under it. I felt quite good on 3mg but the next 0.5mg was quite hard and took longer, but the 0.5mg after that was easier. Therefore, I took each reduction at a time and didn’t project any expectations onto the rest of the descent to zero.

Yes - that is pretty much as normal as you are likely to get while still on pred. Snazzy has said the rest.
