Adrenal insufficiency

Just dropped to 9mg of pred from 10mg a week ago. No aches and pains but feel so tired and spaced out. Sleeping 8 hours a night. I thought adrenal insufficiency started around 7mg but wondered if that’s why I’m feeling so tired

In some people it can start much earlier - it depends on how much of the pred your body is able to absorb and that varies from 50% to 90% and if you are at the 50% end of the range you are obviously going to get a lot less pred into the body than if you are a 90% person.
