I’m just wearing a frown,

Do you own me or do I own you!

Inflammation is the contamination to our bodies

Striking and taking us over, causing us all this blooming bother.!

Pills, potions, trying to eat the best, but you are an attacker, still stealing my rest.

Thank goodness I discovered Healthunlocked

PMRpro HeronNS & Dorset Lady all doing their best, with all the members helping we may get a rest.

So I’m fed up and thankful in the same breath.

I wake up each day knowing someone is there when I’m really feeling despair.

So thank you all this group is a treasure let’s hope that we can all get better together.
