Good morning all. I remember reading someone’s recommendation for bicarbonate of soda as a possible relief for cystitis. I can’t find the post. I would appreciate some info on this. Recommended dose etc

Thank you so so much. It’s been said by so many others but I feel I must repeat. This forum has been a life line. My lovely gp feels she has learnt from the info I’ve been able to give. She made an urgent referral to rheumatologist some weeks ago. The appointment has now come through for 6 August. I do feel I have some control over the PMR and am managing the symptoms. Starting to reduce from 20mg. I’ve got a not very pleasant procedure coming up next week (colonography) so quite anxious. Excuse the ramble. Really just meant to say thank you

As long as GPs get educated too we really have achieved a lot!
