Morning, my sleep pattern over the last week or so has been hr on hr off then wake up with headache and feeling sick headache doesn't last long but sick feeling does

just as soon as I wake up, it now 2.45am in uk, really annoying

I would be tempted to take my Pred at this fairly optimum time to head off the cytokines with something gentle to line the stomach - even a milky drink. My son is keen on oat milk. My sleep goes through numerous different patterns, then I seem to catch up by sleeping like a log for a while.

Morning Kw, don't know if it would help but I take my Pred around 02:00 every morning, with some Greek Yogurt and a banana, it helps to nullify the effects of the inflation which starts around 04:30 ish.

Are you still taking pred? (I’ve answered your other question re fibromyalgia this morning that’s why I ask) Pred gave me those symptoms until I got below 5mg. I’m back up to five and getting headache and nausea in night and early morning again. Just a personal answer not a pro one! I take my pred at around 2am. But I must admit I stopped taking any food with it at about 8mg so could be causing my own symptoms here!
