Hi all I took pred at 10 with a few cornflakes. Bed at 10.15 Slept til 8, yes 8 I’ll let you know how the day goes too early for me to tell if it’s going to suit. 😴🙌

Wow! I am seriously jealous. I don’t think I have had a blissful night like that since this all began. Long may it continue.
Since I take CBD I always sleep 8-9 hours even before PMR it’s a game changer x
