Thanks to all who responded with help and advice about my fingers.
Several possibilities have given me some possibilities that may help, physical therapy seems to be a possible solution. Also mention of tenosynovitis which I need to research since I’ve also been having trouble with my toes.
I should have explained that the drawing was an older one and I have difficulty now with drawing clearly and that my drawing and painting has been the only thing that has kept me from despair the past three years since diagnosis.
Thanks everyone. So glad for this forum!

Let us know how you get on. Can you find a way around the finger problem - different tools for example, or something to make the pencil or brush handle fatter and easier to hold? I have decided my sore right shoulder is a result of doing too much mousework 🤣
Thanks Heron, I will. Hopefully I can find find something that helps. I can still use oil paint as my paintings are bigger with not so much detail and fine lines. Line drawing is more difficult.
