I have just discovered this site so am a newbie.

Female aged 83. Diagnosed with PMR in August 2019. Started on 15mg now down to 3.5mg. Been trying to get to 3mg with difficulty so am now tryingDSNS to see if I can manage it.

Was healthily active before diagnosis but together with lockdown and disease am now very overweight which bothers me a great deal.

Sorry if I get things wrong on this site at first hopefully I will improve.
