I was diagnosed a little over a year ago, now down to 3 my pred and feeling well there. Last blood work showed almost normal levels of CRP and ESR. However, I recently had a mammogram and then a shoulder MRI and both technicians said my lymph nodes were “reactive”. Is that a PMR symptom? Something to be concerned about?

Are Lymph nodes a sign of active PMR?
Have you had the results of your Mammogram & MRI yet?
It isn't usually something seen with PMR no. But as MrsN says - have you had your results yet?
Mammogram was normal, the shoulder MRI was in preparation for orthopedic surgery. The comments about the lymph nodes seen in the mammogram were mentioned by the radiologist who evaluated the film, who gave me the test results on the spot. The dr. who ordered the MRI mentioned the same thing when she gave me the results of that test, which affirmed the need for shoulder surgery.
Also, it’s unusual for technicians to comment on Lymph Nodes, if you haven’t had your results l’d be chasing them up, particularly the Mammogram....
I remarked at the beginning of this PMR/pred journey how the areas of greatest pain appeared to line up with the lymph system. Also, my physiotherapist said, when I asked her, that the fluid which causes my knee to swell is produced by the lymph system. So I'm developing a theory that the lymph system is somehow involved with inflammation although whether as a cause or a reaction to something else, probably the latter, perhaps someone knows?
