Swellings on palms of hands

Good morning

Does anyone know if swellings on palms of hands below the middle fingers are another symptom of PMR or indication of another condition. I have two on each palm in addition to bruising on one finger and also pain and stiffness in the fingers of the other hand. I also have pain and inflammation/swelling on the wrist of this hand.

I am not diagnosed yet with PMR and not taking medication.

RS3PE syndrome can occur as part of PMR and it causes swollen hands but I don't know how it manifests.

Achenbach's syndrome could be a cause of bruising - but I don't know if it also causes swelling on the hands.

Thank you PMRpro, I have just looked up Achenbach’s syndrome and it seems that it may be related to PMR.

This is all very confusing to me.
