The difference 0.5mg makes!

I’m well on my way to 7.5mg, then had to have anti-biotics. Pred and the anti-biotics weren’t very happy and some familiar achiness started to make itself felt! I remembered reading on the Forum that repeating the last leg or two of the tapering can be helpful so that is what I am doing and already feeling better, even though it’s just back to 8mg and no more. So firstly, love this Forum with all its shared experiences and useful tips and secondly it’s a reminder that just half a milligram of Pred can make such a difference!

Certainly does! Pity some doctors don’t realise that.
