Hi everyone, just to let you know that the survey that some of you have been sent from HealthUnlocked today is genuine.

This is an annual event and it appears they randomly select individuals to take part.

Which accounts for why people don't remember - usual poor communication I'm afraid ...

It would help avoid panic if HU thought to send a message to the forum direct, yourself or us smbassadors before sending out these surveys. The two minutes it would take would not greatly increase their workload i am sure. A little thought wouldn't go amiss. YBB

I received the survey and deleted it, thinking it was a 'scam'.

I would like to fill it in - anyway of getting HU to re-send it?

Hi jinasc, can you send an email to [e-mail] and ask them to resend to you. (Alternatively, you should find the original email in your delete/trash folder if you want to have a look in there).

I did that Fran, but my computer is set to empty both trash and junk once I close it down. I cannot alter those settings. I did look at my back -up thingy, but it does the same..........

I have noted the address and will try.
