Hi all. Hope you are as well as yo can be.

A couple of weeks ago someone reposted the advice from a distinguished professor that he believed should be given to every PMR sufferer.

Can any efficient soul please provide a link?

Thanks, David

Hi David

If you look on the right hand side, under Pinned Posts - it’s the 8th one down.

Kind Regards

If you want to find a pinned post (as you say only last 5 show on iPad screen) - tap Posts in top banner - it’s then gives you more options - select pinned post - and you’ll find all of them.

As it's nigh impossible to pinpoint a cause, like most people I scrolled through my recent life and statins looked the most likely culprit especially as they caused other side effects - cramps in the strangest of places and numbness and tingling in fingers and feet and nerve pains in assorted places -things I've never ever experienced before.

Since I knocked off the statins the cramps have stopped and and the numbness and tingling or significantly improved almost gone same with the nerve pains

Further, statins have definitely been fingered as a cause of pmr
