Pineapple

I have started having fresh pineapple and Kefir yoghurt every day and I really think it is helping me. The lingering pain in my thigh has disappeared and I feel stronger. Only downside is I am getting heartburn!

Being picky forces me to ask kefir OR yoghurt? They are not the same, they are made differently and have different living cultures in them which may be an important factor.

Pineapple - acidic.

You could try this to stop the heartburn - take one lemon, stick in microwave for one minute = more juice.

Divide into three and dilute with water and take 10 or 15 mins before you eat.

I seem to get the heartburn in the middle of the night.
