Hi Rocketronzy, I think you communicate fine. These medical letters can be daunting but it reads to me like you are under very good care.

It sounds good to me, that your rheumy is checking your bloods every couple of months and writes to you with the results.

I see my rheumy every 6 months, but my GP checks my bloods between times.
