I came across this and am applying it myself for managing PMR/GCA.

I frequently say the "Serenity Prayer" God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. Certainly sounds like PMR/GCA to me. Best wishes to you today.

So true if we possibly can maintain serenity,(very difficult though with all the problems regarding Brexit ! ) Best wishes xx.

It's something I've tried to do from the beginning.

Sometimes it's harde than other times, this weekend was tough for my and Monday was hard work, getting back to it now.

It's easy to be sad with the way we feel, but trying to be happy works wonders, well for me at least :)
