I do the occasional half squat, will do the rest any day now, maybe. OH does the leg raising on the rare occasions the vacuum gets pushed around. Do these count? 🤨
That’s true. I will just contemplate the possibility. I might bend my knees every so often warming up for it. The rolling off the sofa looks horrific. I only do that if I have drunk too much wine!
We had the top physio in Southend come to one of our Meets and he said just doing a little walk forward and backwards in as straight a line as possible, hear that Piglette!, making sure you've got something to hold onto should you need it, was better than doing nothing.
I try to walk 20 mins per day. When I find that difficult, bodily or weather wise, I climb 2 flights of stairs. Strangely I find going down the stairs more strenuous than going up.
You're very committed there Constance - stairs are not easy - it is strange you are the opposite way round with the stairs strain but well done you! I must follow your example.
When at the rheumatologist’s last he said “you find going down the stairs more painful than going up, don’t you”. I was really surprised - how did he know? Something to do with the hips I think.
