Is the flare back?

Four weeks ago had a flare at 5 which I had been on a month. Increased by 5 one day and then rhuemy said go to 7 and stay there. At 7 I feel stiff and sore and crummy. Have tried getting up early to take pred. Doesn't help. Back to using hot packs to get relief.

Do I add 5 for 3 days and go back to seven? I am going to call in for blood work on Monday.

Thanks friends. Trying to stay cheery 😃

Hi

Might be worth a try - one day only was neither here nor there!

7mg is obviously not enough to clear out any accumulated inflammation. That is, if it is a PMR flare.

I'm going up 5 again for 3 days to see if that will do it.
