I am down to 12.5 and have been for a week and a half. Started to get headaches again. The weather here is very hot and work is very stressful. Going to get some bloodwork done tomorrow . Not sure if the headaches are from GCA or just the humidity.

Do drink more water than you think you need. We don’t always get the thirsty signals as we dehydrate. Poor you working!
Hydrate as much as you can......headache is one of the first signs of dehydration.
Yes, hydrate, but remember the electrolyes and get a little extra salt during the heatwave.
