Hey all, not posted for a while, now to 5mgs a day, took the slow method. 6 a day for 1 day, next day 5 . Hopefully get to 4mgs. Just having really bad headache 's and feeling aches. Felt so good at 7mgs. Any suggestions?

Just keep an eye on the headache - you don't want to risk a flare having got this far.

Hi,

Don't let the headaches/pains escalate. If in doubt go back to 7mg, it may be disappointing but if that's what you need, that's what you need. As PMRpro says don't risk a flare as you've done so well.

Might also be wise to consider 0.5mg drops in future, it might not sound much, but many of us have found that 0.5mg can make a big difference.

Good luck.
