state of adrenal glands at 10 mg for 4mos

is it possible for my fatigue to be caused by adrenal glands at this stage, or is it because of extra stress i have being going through last few mos

When your adrenal glands aren't working properly, even when they are working a bit, it means you don't cope with stress well because your body isn't producing cortisol. That is the whole point.
