Sorry I've not been around for a while but I do read many posts with interest and would definitely add a reply if I felt the query had not already been dealt with already by those with more experience and knowledge than me.
Thank you everyone for all the knowledge and experience you offer us all. Hopefully next year I'll find more time to contribute but things this year have been very hectic with the holiday cottages and decorating.
I am doing very well since my diagnosis in December 2013. I adopted the dead slow and almost stop reduction method following a flare whist attempting to reduce from 9-8mgs. I reduce only by 1/2mg each time and I am down to 3mgs daily, and feel very well.
May I send you all the warmest of Cornish Christmas Greetings and all Best Wishes for a Happy, Healthy and prosperous New Year.
Regards, Tina.

Hello PMRpro, thank you for your good wishes. I have been reading about your flare, what a setback, I hope you are now well on the way to once again reducing back to your 'happy' level of preds. I look forward once again communicating with you in the new year. Have a lovely Christmas. Regards, Tina.
