Hi

Just remember not to overdo it

It sounds as if you are trying to do to much hope you are resting so 30 min work 30 min rest.

Trust me I learned the hard way not to do toooooo much at once. I cleaned a little shy of 1/2 hr, then rested. I'm really listening to the experience of you who've come before me😘

Good, but, and there's always a but isn't there - don't overdo it because you feel alright.

As Rose rightly says, you still need to pace yourself, because in your mind you may be raring to go -and that's a positive thing - your muscles won't follow suit!

Take care.
