I have PMR, now on 10mg Prednisolone, after about an hour getting out of bed i start to feel disorientated, eyes go blurry and my legs feel heavy and weak. If i rest for a while it wears off slightly. Does anyone else have these feelings??

Is that also an hour or so after taking your pred? A few of us found that happened if we tried to do too much soon after taking pred. I rearranged my timetable which worked and now take the pred at night because I'm on Lodotra. Another lady changed to taking her ordinary pred at night - worked for her too.
