Rheumy Recommendation East Sussex Please

Hi All, Can anybody recommend a good rheumy in East Sussex area please.

Sorry no, but if you fail to hear of a good rheumy in E Sussex and don't mind a little journey, I can recommend an excellent one in Surrey (Chertsey) with a special interest in PMR/GCA.

My experience of rheumys at Brighton hospital has been dreadful.

However a friend sees someone she rates highly who I think is called Kelsey Jordan, a woman.

I don't know how far you are into East Sussex but if Haywards Heath is OK for you then l can strongly recommend Dr Brenda Stuart. I was told there was a six month wait through the NHS so l chose to go privately and was seen in ten days. Dr Stuart was very thorough, really appears to know her stuff and comes across as a very warm person. I haven't had the bill yet but l feel it was well worth seeing her. She gave me a list of tests to get my GP to organise, a clear treatment plan until l see her again in two months when if all is going well will hand my care over to my GP.
