Sleep pattern
Has something changed to upset your routine? It's always worth mentioning things like this to your GP though.
Olive, perhaps you have just got out of your usual routine following your recent holiday which has affected your sleep pattern. You haven't by any chance started drinking coffee or eating chocolate in the evenings have you? The caffeine will cause insomnia. I have found that having a walk in the late afternoon/early evening can help with my sleep so perhaps that would help you as well - much more enjoyable now, too, as the days are getting warmer and longer. If none of these help, then perhaps it is something to discuss with the GP.
Routine not changed very conscious of keeping to it even when away . To tell the truth it's the dreams that are the main problem in them I keep finding Pete dead when I wake up or walk into living room . Starting to not want to sleep
