Does anyone had flue like symptoms with PMR?

Flu-like symptoms are a listed symptom for both PMR and GCA.

I used to regularly run a temperature of 100 and feel rough particularly in the mornings when the inflammation was at its worst. I don't get it very often now I have started on prednisolone.

Yes before I had Pred my temperature wandered up and down and I felt fluey. All that went fairly quickly on 15 mg thank goodness.

Me too... My first flare symptoms usually include a feeling of feverish-ness & a definite loss of appetite (that's when I KNOW it's PMR, bc I otherwise *never* lose my appetite!) I've actually lost weight on the pred bc of that

I'm so glad I don't have to work right now. Can't imagine working w this disease.

Yes, in fact I'm just recovering from a flare up when I had flu-like symptoms for almost a week/ Unfortunately this is a feature of PMR
