Hi Olive2709, you are so right about sleep! I have struggled with poor sleeP since the onset of PMR, 15 mo ago. Only in the past month, at 6 mg pred, and no stress, I have begun to get chunks of quality sleep time. I wake rested (!!) and refreshed after 3 and 4 hours of sleep! Recently I have finally remembered my Vit D and Vit B complex doses, which have really helped also. I am quietly optimistic, hoping my PMR is finally going into hibernation.

Blessings abound! Purplecrow

I have been on sleeping tablets for years too. I have nights off so they will kick in again. If I didn't I wouldn't even sleep. Why when I climb into bed yawning my head off?
