I know how you feel; I'm 55 and working in transport and have done for 30 years. Average day is 07.00 - 18.00. luckily I drive a desk so manual work is minimal. Tiredness at certain times of the day makes it hard work. Have you spoken to your employers? Most people have never heard of PKD so will have no idea what its dong to you.

Yes, it can make you have less energy. However, that only hit me when I was in my 40s. I'm wondering if you could be slightly anaemic. It might be worth asking your doctor for a blood test. If you are, they could suggest a course of iron tablets.

Hope you get to the bottom of it.

Best wishes,

Mgt

To tell the truth, you’re doing great, I cannot do any hard work anymore. Last time I washed my car that put me in bed for 3 weeks.
