Total Kidney Volume

Can someone tell me if kidney size keeps growing in pkd. What is the normal Total Kidney Volume (TKV) of a person without PKD. Can pkd progression be predicted using TKV

A normal kidney is 12cm and yes PKD makes kidney grow, mines at one side 18 the other 19 they kinda squish all organs in the gut 😢

Kidneys are growing exponentially, in different rates in every person;

TKV hells predict the outcome for groups, that is, some kidneys are larger but function well because the nefrons left are in a good state;

Overall, take care of your blood pressure, drink plenty of water (ober 3l a day), stay away from anti-inflamatories (nsaid), and look after your kidneys as best as possible.
