It is a sudden, intense pain in my left pelvis, between days 15 & 25 of my cycle. It occurs when I do any physical activity, lasts 10 min.

Do you think it could be ovarian cysts? Mine used to give me sharp pain. Moving does make the pain worse.
Mhhhh, don't think so, there are no cysts showing on the ultrasounds and I've had over 10 ultrasounds in the last couple of years 
H'mmm - that is odd. Is it every month? For me it was alternating from left to right every month. I will say I had plenty of ultrasounds that showed nothing. But, they have greatly improved them. They could do a exploratory laproscopy to see better. Like endometriosis that isn't showing up. It flares with hormones. They could not figure out my daughter's problem, until they did that. She had endometriosis. It has cleared!! Praising God for that. They scraped it off and she felt much better. Of course, for 2 days a month you could just rest more. It did not show up on the ultrasounds. She had a small amount. Doctors say there is no association with the amount of endometriosis with the amount of pain. A small amount can cause severe pain and a large amount none. My theory (not a doctor) is where it lands. Hers was on her ovary and glued it to her uterus. Still couldn't see that on ultrasound. I think position and nerves involved make a huge difference.
Thank you for sharing your experiences! Yes ,it is for about 10-15 days every month on the same side (left), usually between days 15 to 25/27 of my cycle. I am trying to have exploratory surgery done, but my gynecologist wants to try hormonal therapy first, though it has not worked in the past.
Yeah, they are being trained to be conservative in their approach. Which is great for most problems. Not painful ones.
I went to 8specialists. Just in the off chance my Dr did a test for AIActinomycetes Isreali. No Dr had checked for it. Back to my GP and she said she remembered it from her test but had never seen it. I was bed bound for 12 months in horrible pain in my vagina. 8wks of this treatment was done with a pic line in my neck. They taught me how and I did the meds for 8wks last like that. Treatment is 800mg of antibiotics for a yr. Just my experience. Test is vaginal swab. Best of luck and many prayers 🙏🏻
