Insurance dropped me when Obamacare became available. No work. No insurance. How can I get help with PNE? Did not qualify for Market Place

how is it possible to not qualify for O.C? do u have too much income? if too little income then you should get the the Medicaid reim.
No income. Marketplace sent me to Medicaid, but there site referred me back to Marketplace. I went to Medicaid.com. It ask for my zip code, but when I typed it in and pressed ok, it just disappeared. Nothing happened.
If you have no income, you have to be disabled to get Medicaid. I have applied for disability, but was denied. Have appealed, but that can take 1-2 years I am told.
If you have no income you would qualify for medicaid. If low income Obama care. My mother is on short term disability and based very little income. O.c. offered her a plan for 169.00 dollars a month. If your very low income also apply for snap benefits via internet, no face to face app. Necessary. Do you need surgery for your pne or is it your meds you can't afford?
