Hi - one of my sons with PCD often complains of feeling dizzy. It mainly happens at bedtime or when he’s very overtired and the only thing that helps is sleep. He does wear hearing aids and suffers with his ears so I wonder if that sets him off balance sometimes.

Thank you for the response. I too have problems with my ears but always attributed it to my tight chest. Does this happen after he runs around/plays sports?

I can’t pinpoint exactly what sets it off, it still seems random, but it’s usually when he’s very tired and has been very busy. It’s not always after he’s been playing sports/has been running around lots, but does happen then sometimes. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.

Yes I do sometimes and it gets worse when I do not have a good night sleep. I try to lie down when I get dizzy. Deep breathing and coughing help
