Just this week, I've been having an issue with my urine smelling strange. I don't have a UTI, so I was wondering if anyone has had that problem. It might not be PBC related, but I'm always cautious and concerned incase it is.

No, it's not strange color, just like a sort of "egg" odor. (I know it's gross... sorry) It looks perfectly normal. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. I'll let everyone know what happens if anyone's interested.

If it looks darker and you have been drinking plenty of water, it could be bile. Your doctor can test for that

Look at what you’ve been eating and drinking. Some UTIs aren’t painful and I suggest you have it checked out if it continues after increasing water consumption

It's not a UTI. I tested negative. I've had so many during my life, I know those symptoms well. I've already checked what I've been eating. There's nothing different because I pretty much eat the same things. Right now I'm just drinking lots of water to try and flush myself out.

New meds? Some meds will cause it as well
