Osteroarthritis is one of the most common auto immune diseases that those with PBC have, along with rheumatoid arthritis. The other most common one is Sjogrens or Sicca Syndrome - dry eyes and mouth. Many of those who have PBC also see a rheumatologist as well for their arthritis.
