While on holiday in Australia three years ago, I fell heavily on my left side. I was 69 yes old and stupidly was running. I I seemed ok, not hurt so didn't see a Dr. Eight days later I was in absolute agony. Admitted to hospital in NSW with a ruptured splenic haematoma. Was told to take it very easy for 4-6 weeks. It took me over a year to recover and I still get some mild discomfort in that area.
Hi Thanks for the reply did this get diagnosed with a MRI scan no falls or any pain at all was diagnosed on a routine US for my Liver i had multiple lesions on spleen then had to go on Sunday for MRI to get a better image with contrast dye no news yet to what it might be been a worrying week have you got PBC Liver Disease x
