in el estado temprano, generalmente no hay sintomas, or no muchas sintomas... Pero tu doctor puede le explicar en detailles. Biopsy muestra que estado es usted PBC? 1 o 2...??

si usted habla Engles, puedo explicarlo en Engles tambien.

I could actually understand the dialogue,but my high school Spanish is not good enough for me to write anything.

You are saying if pbc is established early, there is little or no symptoms. But your doctor can explain the details. Whether a biopsy diagnosed the pbc？& whether it is stage 1 or 2？

If you speak English, I can explain in English as well.

Wow...who knew I absorbed this much in Spanish. To be fair though, I studied 5 years of Spanish. 2 years in Junior High or IS & then 3 years in HS. I am so not proficient despite 5 years of classes.

The little Spanish I know I used it to try and answer a few facts from my experience, but since CBPT replied to my first comment, i took it she understood my reply, and etold me that she did the biopsy but has no symptoms, so I replied again in Spanish. My reply is very limited of course as my vocabulary is minimal, but thought as long as I can help with a couple of words, but the doctor would always be the best source of info.

No Portuguese for me but used the little Spanish I know to reply.

You’d be surprised how much you’d remember and how much would sink in. I studied 2 years of Spanish in a Spanish cultural Center 20 years ago, and I can still understand the gist of conversations when people speak 😉😉, speaking it is totally different story 😂

You are more proficient than me! I can’t write, only read. I can follow the gist of Spanish conversations too. I am good at ordering food from a Spanish only menu! Actually I can read a French menu too, but that’s about it. Never took French. Thanks for replying though this is totally off topic.

provavelmente o melhor caminho é o fibroscan ou a biópsia. Espero que isso seja uma ajuda.

Welcome to the group! I have no knowledge of Spanish or Porteguese, I'm afraid. I do hope you are taking Urso and your liver enzymes have improved. Not sure if you are or not, but I enourage you to join The PBC Foundation pbcfoundation.org.uk They have many of their pieces of information in Spanish.... please reach out to them if not already. Taking the right dose of Urso is so important. The PBC Foundation has the Urso dosage calculator in Spanish - ask them for it if you aren't sure you are on the right dose.
