I am in extreme pain in my right rib cage, it feels swollen,and i can't lean on it . i have inflamation of the liver.
There doesn't seem to be a Q here. However, I would suggest you need to seek medical advice. I don't know where you live but in UK on a Sun, NHS Direct/24 might be the first port of call.

I hope you managed to get some help with your obvious plea for help, and that things are easier now. If you are in the UK, I'd check with your GP practice (and keep updating as things change) to find out what to do in out-of-hours, as things vary in some areas. Where I live, depending on how bad I felt, I could sometimes phone the GP practice to get the number of an out of hours, but now it's just to phone 111 and they will decide on who or what to send out (or whether for you to go somewhere, if you have transport). Otherwise it's 999 if it's an absolute emergency ... like suspected heart attack.

..i was diagnosed in 2008 with p b c stage 2,, and 3 or 4 times a year my body gets very heavy and although i dont get pain it gets uncomfortable under my ribs like my ribs are being pushed from the inside , i call this my lazytime now and spend most of the time in bed.im sorry to hear you are in lots of pain , i hope it does,nt last too long
