so this is the third day and not in a row that I had times during the day that I felt like myself and pretty normal, it was off and on then I would start having my symptoms of what I'm actually going through "the recovery" but I'm hoping to have more of these moments and that will last all day. today was an injection day and I'm doing EOD for now. I still have to take all my cofactors through out the day and in the after noon I need the oral liquid sublingual to keep any jittery or odd feelings with my body or mind and of course my rest through out the day I still have to lay down and close my eyes. but I hope this sounds like when you all that have healed started to come out on the other side. I would love to hear your comments. thank you and take care.

I can relate to that. I would have a morning or afternoon in a week where I'd think, I actually feel normal! Didn't lose my train of thought, didn't end up in a room with no idea why I went in, didn't yawn every ten minutes etc. At first, I took advantage too much, did too much and then felt exhausted again. So, enjoy it but my advice would be to take it steady and those "normal" times will slowly become more frequent ☺️
thank you for your replies, yes I need to make sure and not over due it but when it happens that good feeling of oh I'm myself mentally and physically i thank God at that very moment. it does feel nice. I do pray for more times like that. today is not injection so I will take all my suppliments and B12 oral liquid all day and take it easy. I'm still having wake up symptoms too thought the day when I take my oral liquid sublingual but I have to keep it up. thank you all again,
Yes, like Claire, the danger is when you feel good you start rolling up your sleeves and get stuck in. Later you pay for it. I had to realise this, not easy, but necessary to let the healing progress. The potential guilt one might feel can be quite a deceiving force as you feel you ought to do more and not be lazy. See it as a lie and learn to be very measured in your response to that welcome experience of wellbeing.
yes thank you for your replies. I will for sure watch what I do, when I go out in this Ca/Az heat in the desert I have to be very careful and I do still lay down alot and do baby things for chores in the house. but the feeling of healing sure is a Blessing from our Lord. I enjoy laying down and closing my eyes and just praying for us all. I give Him thanks for giving me all you on this PA forum as everyday is a learning experience in life.
