So I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced a warm wave like sensation running throughout their body after loading doses?

Hi PaintLadie - welcome! It's not exactly the same, but before I started getting injections, I was told to take a B12 supplement and I bought a methyl sublingual spray. The first couple weeks of using it, I would get warm, relaxed, and very sleepy after taking it. Like a real temperature change. It was very pleasant and relaxing. I have struggled for years being very cold, so it was wonderful!

Wishing you all the best on your healing journey!!

Hi PaintLadie

Ditto - welcome.

I do experience these warm waves but mine are more like heat waves and it’s like my temperature regulator over and undershoots. Sometimes I am nice and warm one minute then cold, then too hot … and so it can go on. I have only had this sensation since being on B12 before I was just always cold!! I see it as a good sign that at least my whole body seems to be more awake!

🤗🤗🤗

It is good to know. Often I wonder if a bodily malfunction is good or bad or related to PA. I'm beginning to think it best to just load doses if I'm ever feeling off before even going to the Dr.
